This StrongCare Support Agreement sign-up form creates an agreement between Strong Solutions and you, the Client.
Members of our StrongCare agreement receive:
- The rate for labor will be discounted from $240 to $120 an hour
StrongCare HealthCheck includes:
- Automated monitoring and reporting on the overall health of your computer, via StrongCare HealthCheck
- A chance to identify small problems before they become large ones, or lead to data loss.
- Active notification of issues discovered by StrongCare HealthCheck, as it checks your backup status, hard drive, and more.
- You get peace of mind knowing that the Strong Solutions will contact you if your computer is showing signs of failure.
Managed Computers with StrongCare+:
- All Automated monitoring and reporting of StrongCare HealthCheck
- Automated maintenance tasks including permission repair, cache cleaning, and virus scanning.
- Software Updates for the most common Apps (e.g. Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Brief emails and calls, under 15 minutes per incident, are covered by your agreement.
StrongCare Managed Backups:
- Unlimited Cloud and Local Backup(s) of up to 4 devices per user.
- Active notification of issues StrongCare HealthCheck finds as it checks your backup status, hard drive, and more.
StrongCare Managed Services:
- Periodic Documentation Review.
- Periodic Technology Review.
- Periodic Risk Assessment.
- Periodic Disaster Preparadness.
- Periodic Data Recovery Assessment.
